EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team work together with the German Real Estate Team. We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction to join the GDS team in Poland.

The opportunity

Our team is one of the largest real estate and infrastructure groups of advisers, focusing on transformation advisory for private and public clients. Our deep sector knowledge and our global network with local market experts enable us to add real value to our client’s projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide consultation on property construction, infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Excellent Experience in working for German real estate clients.
