Wargaming in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Concept Artist Generalist to shape environments, props, UI backgrounds and marketing art for World of Tanks: HEAT. You will work with an experienced team to push visual storytelling for a major AAA title.

You will iterate on concepts, collaborate across disciplines, and adapt your style to fit the project’s artistic direction while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating concept art across styles and themes.
• Proficiency in digital art tools (Photoshop, Procreate) with strong composition and color theory.
• Ability to generate original concepts and collaborate across disciplines.
• Adaptability to fit project direction, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio.
• Excellent time management and team communication.
• Genuine passion for video games and understanding of how art drives immersion.
• English at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Environment Design: create concept art for game environments, mostly exteriors.
• Prop and Object Design: generate concept art for props and interactive elements.
• UI/UX Design: collaborate on backgrounds for user interfaces.
• Marketing Materials: produce concept art for key art and promotional assets.
• Storyboarding: assist in visual sequences and cutscenes.
• Iteration and Revision: refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
