Wargaming is seeking an Art Manager/Lead Art Owner to lead a 14-person Art Owners team supporting World of Tanks. You will coordinate art production, drive process improvements, and work with Art Direction, Production, and Design to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes people leadership, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment, with openness to AI-driven workflow enhancements and new tooling. Hybrid work in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing teams of at least six people in game development (AAA preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of art production pipelines and delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with 2D or 3D art disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production and art leadership on resource planning and risk mitigation.
• Ensure clear priorities, ownership, and escalation paths for the Art Owners team.
• Improve handoff, delivery flow, and cross-team coordination.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth art production delivery.
• Lead a team of Art Owners and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive innovation with AI-enabled tools and smarter workflows.
