Qualifications

• Experience in a top-tier financial institution or consultancy company.
• Hands-on experience in conducting F&P checks for SMFs and MRTs.
• Solid knowledge on Conflict of Interests and Market Abuse.

Responsibilities

• Advising on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety.
• Ensuring regulatory requirements for Employee/HR Compliance.
• Providing solutions to compliance problem statements.
• Liaising with senior stakeholders to prepare periodic reports.

Skills

Experience in regulatory Compliance/frameworks
