Ondo Finance, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Senior Associate to support AML/KYC programs, e-communication surveillance, due diligence, risk assessments, regulatory examinations, and governance processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has strong AML/BSA knowledge, experience across compliance functions, and comfort interacting with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders. This remote role offers a global team and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in KYC/AML/compliance operations in financial services or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory requirements and OFAC sanctions.
• Strong analytical and risk-based decision making.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Preferred: 2+ years in Broker-Dealer (B/D) or Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with e-communication archiving reviews to monitor policy adherence.
• Provide input on DDQs and RFPs.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance checklists.
• Maintain and update the compliance manual.
• Prepare risk assessments, annual reviews, and vendor reviews.
• Support regulatory inquiries and internal audits.
• Maintain governance around committees and meeting notes.
