Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decisions by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across platforms. You will work with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to build scalable data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities include integrating data from APIs, ensuring data quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging Databricks and Python for advanced analytics within a hybrid work setting in Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience integrating data from APIs and handling authentication (Bearer, OIDC).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub) and SQL.
• Familiarity with Databricks.

We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision‑making by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across multiple platforms. The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models in SAP Datasphere, including both graphical and SQL-based views
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources via APIs, handle various authentication methods (e.g., Bearer tokens, OIDC certificates)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting solutions
• Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics use cases
• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration in Databricks environment
• Use version control and collaborate on code and assets via GitHub

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience working with APIs and authentication mechanisms such as Bearer token and OIDC
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub)
• Solid understanding of SQL
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Skills in Python for data processing or automation
• Background in SAP HANA
