Senior CloudOps Hosting Consultant @ Experis Polska

Location: 100% Remote. Rate: 130-170 zl/h (B2B).

Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior CloudOps Hosting Consultant to join our team and support a global cloud hosting environment. The Cloud Operations (CloudOps) team is responsible for ensuring that our online products and services remain available, secure, and performant for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Development and Operations by deploying patches, administering infrastructure, improving automation, and leveraging cloud technologies. You will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing hosted environments for a major ERP solution, ensuring stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for global cloud-hosted infrastructure (initially EU and NA), ensuring multi-environment sites remain available, secure, and performant.
• Lead during high-pressure incident scenarios, balancing technical resolution and partner/customer communication.
• Provision client environments into relevant regional hosted environments.
• Create, maintain, and enhance infrastructure and automation to support secure and scalable environments.
• Monitor tickets, applications, and systems, proactively identifying and mitigating issues.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on planned changes, incidents, and service improvements.
• Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting across multiple domain areas.
• Enable continuous deployment cycles and on-demand deployment processes.
• Perform and plan application upgrades and patching according to contractual requirements.
• Document changes and updates in internal records/wiki.
• Assist with budget monitoring and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS (must-have).
• Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
