Job summary

ClickHouse is expanding its central Site Reliability Engineering team to build and lead reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with Control Plane, Data Plane, Core, Security, Support and Operations to design fault-tolerant distributed systems and own incident management and post-mortem analysis.

We seek an experienced engineer with Go and/or Python, deep cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong production debugging skills who thrives in a fast-paced, owner-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with ClickHouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure systems.
• Set and manage SLOs/SLAs for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Ensure monitoring and alerting across Cloud components.
• Improve incident response and post-mortems.
• Improve reliability and performance of ClickHouse services.
• Lead chaos engineering initiatives and on-call processes.
