Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer on the SRE team in Poland. You will design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable cloud-native systems and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product partners.

You will apply software engineering best practices, drive automation, and contribute to evolving SLOs/SLIs while supporting on-call rotations in a hybrid Poland environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or C# (.NET).
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure and Kubernetes (AKS).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software solutions that improve system reliability, observability, and scalability.
• Develop automation and tooling to support reliability, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Contribute to defining and improving SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Extend and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices through engineering-driven improvements.
• Support root cause analysis investigations and implement long-term fixes via code and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed SRE principles through software solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and engineering approaches.
