Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cloud operations, ensuring incidents, requests, and changes meet agreed service levels.
• Monitor operational performance, manage backlogs, identify risks, and escalated issues when needed.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and drive automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
• Mentor Cloud Operations Engineers and support their technical development.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to continuously improve the cloud platform.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
• Ability to work independently.
