Job summary

Bayer in Poland is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in a hybrid work setup in Warsaw. You will build AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CDK, manage EKS clusters, and automate with Python and Bash, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure, strong cloud and networking knowledge, and comfortable working across Linux, virtualization, and CI/CD workflows. Hybrid model available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or related role.
• Proven track record of large-scale infra projects and leading teams.
• Significant cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of networks and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.
• Write automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Manage Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
