Akamai is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to serve as the technical escalation point for mission-critical production customers on the Akamai Compute platform. You will investigate complex issues escalated from Core Support, collaborating with Site Reliability Engineering and Product teams to determine the best course of action and help drive platform reliability.
