Job summary

Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior CRA to monitor and manage clinical studies at investigative sites from a home-based UK location. You will ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol and regulatory requirements, coordinating investigator identification, regulatory submissions, and initiation visits.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, interacting with clients, initiating payments, and supporting proposals while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
• Fluency in English and the local language

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure adherence to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate all activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
• Train and mentor junior staff; interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities.
• Senior CRAs handle appropriately sized clinical trials and support study teams with larger trials.
