Qualifications

• Holds a CRA certificate and a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English plus local language required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Coordinate all activities required to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits).
• Train and mentor junior staff; interact with clients, initiate payments, and contribute to proposals and client presentations.
