Job summary

Amentum Clean Energy Poland is seeking a Client-Side Construction Manager to lead on-site oversight of nuclear construction activities for a major project. You will coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors, regulators, and internal leadership to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, safety standards, and Polish regulations.

The role requires extensive nuclear project leadership, strong engineering background, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Nuclear construction experience with safety standards.
• Experience in large-scale nuclear or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership in multicultural teams.
• Experience representing Client/Owner on major projects.
• Ability to oversee EPC/EPCM contractors and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Owner’s Oversight—monitor EPC contractor performance to contract, technical specs, and nuclear safety.
• Develop and implement a workforce plan based on programme demand.
• Develop oversight procedures and organisation, including external resources.
• Regulatory Interface—coordinate with Polish regulators and authorities.
• Quality Governance—support QA/QC oversight, review audits, ensure corrective actions.
• Risk & Issue Management—identify risks, elevate issues, drive mitigation.
• Schedule & Progress Assurance—validate contractor schedules and progress.
• Contract Compliance—monitor adherence to EPC terms and change processes.
• Safety Culture Oversight—ensure strong nuclear safety culture on site.
• Reporting & Governance—provide evidence-based progress reports to executive team.
