Job summary

OANDA Corporation in Kraków Poland is seeking a Senior Client Cash Management Associate to manage client deposits and cross-currency transactions within a strict 24-hour SLA. You will perform reconciliations, resolve payment delays, and collaborate with banks, regulators and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in finance (AP/AR) or related areas, with strong English, analytical and communication skills.

• Min. 3 year of previous experience in Finance (AP/AR), Client Experience or Transaction Processing area.

Responsibilities

• Handle client deposits, withdrawals, and multi-currency transactions within a 24-hour SLA while ensuring compliance.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements, payment processors, and internal ledgers, resolving discrepancies.
• Resolve complex payment delays for clients and collaborate with internal teams, banks, auditors, and regulators as needed.
• Closely work with regulators, banks and auditors on an as-needed basis.
• Act as a Salesforce and cash management system expert, training and onboarding new team members.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and participate in strategic projects to optimize global payment workflows.

How do we work? Our Funding Team works globally from Canada, UK, Poland and Singapore; they are ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client's cash accounts within their areas of responsibility are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. Additionally, each Senior Client Cash Management Associate is responsible for working collaboratively with Client Experience, Onboarding and Compliance Teams. It's a great opportunity to learn everything how we take care of our Clients and have wide further development opportunities! We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

• Take part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

• Min. 3 year of previous experience in Finance (AP/AR), Client Experience or Transaction Processing area but impact matters more than years.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and apply existing knowledge to make the right decisions.
