Job summary

Norconsult Poland, part of the Norconsult Group, seeks a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to design and deliver infrastructure solutions for Danish market projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams on roads, urban development, utility networks, and industrial schemes.

You will coordinate with clients, authorities, and contractors, ensuring compliance with standards while contributing to sustainable, high-quality outcomes. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and site development projects.
• Experience designing roads, drainage, utility infrastructure, and urban development.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Knowledge of design standards and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design roads, drainage systems, utility corridors, and site infrastructure for a variety of projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and design evaluations.
• Coordinate infrastructure solutions with other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and authorities.
• Participate in project planning, design coordination, and construction support activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Review and verify technical solutions throughout project development.
• Contribute to the delivery of sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project phases.

Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, you will help deliver sustainable, efficient, and high-quality solutions for roads, urban development projects, utility networks, and industrial developments.
