Techland, a leading Polish game developer with studios in Wroclaw and Warsaw, seeks a skilled cutscene animator. You will craft narrative scenes from layout to final animation, collaborating closely with narrative, design and art teams to realize the creative vision.

Responsibilities include mocap integration, in-engine setups, and delivering performance-optimized sequences. The role offers a dynamic studio environment with ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of animation principles and timing.
• Experience with mocap data and integrating it into production pipelines.
• Proven track record in creating in-game cutscenes for AAA titles (or similar).
• Strong communication and self-management skills.
• Fluency in English, with good storytelling sense.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling cutscenes from prototype to final in-engine animation.
• Collaborate with narrative, design and art teams to achieve the creative vision.
• Participate in mocap shoots and integrate data into scenes.
• Implement animations and cutscene setups in-engine while meeting performance requirements.
