Job summary

Famed, part of Reinsberg Group, is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the direct procurement categories of hydraulics, actuators and castors. You will combine hands-on sourcing with process improvements and support for new product development, helping secure reliable supply and strengthen supplier relationships across the group.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of procurement experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and cost improvements.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hydraulics, actuators and castors.
• Negotiate prices, terms and supply agreements while balancing cost, quality and delivery.
• Manage key supplier relationships and monitor performance and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Operations and Finance on requirements and changes.
• Improve procurement processes, spend visibility and savings tracking across the team.
