Job summary

Amentum seeks a Senior Operations Lead to advance operational objectives for USSOUTHCOM under a long-standing contract. You will coordinate across operations, maintenance, and logistics to ensure mission alignment and information security compliance.

The role requires extensive C5ISR and military intelligence experience, with frequent onsite duties at USSOUTHCOM in Doral, FL and occasional travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. Strong leadership and DoD contract management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 5+ years of operations management within major commands and military intelligence.
• Experience with ISR technologies, military operations, and the intelligence life cycle.
• Proven ability to manage operations under DoD regulations and contracts of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in C5ISR operations and related military intelligence processes.
• Serve as liaison for information exchange between operations, maintenance, and logistics.
• Oversee projects under the contract's task orders.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and agencies to align with USSOUTHCOM objectives.
• Ensure information release and acceptance comply with security controls and classifications.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence at USSOUTHCOM headquarters in Doral, FL.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
