Job summary

Amentum is seeking a cyber planner to support defense missions with planning, approval, and execution across cyber operations. You will draft and edit key documents, integrate cyber capabilities into mission plans, and coordinate across teams to meet client objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in military/government planning, knowledge of cyberspace operations, and the ability to operate within DoD policies and oversight programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting military or government intelligence and cyber missions.
• 5+ years planning with military IPTs.
• Experience drafting OPLANs, OPORDs, TASKORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Knowledge of cyberspace capabilities and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of planning technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft or edit Staff Estimates, Intelligence Plans, OPORDs, TASKORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Participate in IPT JPGs and OPTs to analyze cyber capabilities in mission plans.
• Review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and responsibilities.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action and coordinate plans.
• Plan activities to support deliberate and dynamic cyberspace operations.
