Luxoft in Kraków is seeking an experienced C++ developer to join a global connectivity trading systems initiative. You will work on high-performance, low-latency platforms used across multi-regional markets.

Join a team shaping architecture, improving performance, and delivering solutions that address evolving regulatory requirements. You will contribute to DevOps-oriented delivery, CI/CD, and modern Linux-based environments, collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of hands-on C++ development, incl. multithreading, STL, sockets, and templates.
• Strong Linux/Unix programming experience.
• Experience in financial services/trading domain (FIX protocol, order-state).
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
• Knowledge of equity trading environments in multi-regional/global settings.
• Excellent communication with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhance global client connectivity trading systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for complex technical challenges.
• Develop functionality to support client requirements and market regulatory changes.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support modernization of existing connectivity platforms.
