Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków seeks a skilled backend engineer to design and develop distributed services using C# and .NET, build RESTful APIs, and optimize database performance. You’ll work on cloud-native systems, participate in architecture, and mentor juniors in a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes API integration, testing, and end-to-end delivery with strong problem-solving and collaboration within a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET).
• Experience designing distributed, highly available systems.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git workflows and Agile development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.

The Exacom Logging Recorder team is responsible for Motorola Solutions’ cloud-native logging platforms, real-time voice and radio recording engines, and AI-assisted analytics software leveraged in public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure applications worldwide.

Job Description

• Design and develop distributed backend services using C# and .NET

Basic Requirements

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with multimedia processing, VoIP, SIP, RoIP, or audio/video systems
