Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to help design and implement advanced infotainment features for automotive systems.

You will work in C++, integrate Android (AOSP) with Yocto/QNX, and contribute to platform security, tooling, and diagnostics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ programming skills required.
• Deep knowledge of Android internals: AOSP, Binder, HIDL/AIDL.
• Experience with embedded Linux (Yocto) and/or QNX.
• Understanding of TEE, encryption and security protocols.
• Experience with Perfetto, systrace and memory profilers.
• Excellent knowledge of multithreaded systems.
• Automotive/AAOS experience is a plus.

Job description

• Design and develop complex infotainment features (casting, multi-display, navigation)
• Integrate Android (AOSP) with low-level layers (Yocto/QNX)
• Enhance platform security: secure boot, OTA, permission models
• Support certification and compliance processes
• Conduct root cause analyses for stability (ANR, memory leaks, deadlocks)
• Participate in code reviews and the creation of technical documentation

Profile

Must have:

• Very strong C++ skills
• Good knowledge of Android Internals: AOSP, Binder, HIDL/AIDL
• Experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto) and/or QNX
• Understanding of TEE, encryption, and security protocols
• Experience working with Perfetto, systrace, and memory profilers
• Excellent knowledge of multithreaded systems
• Automotive and AAOS experience is a plus
