Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Layer 1 Senior Developer to help prepare for the development of a powerful UE simulator for 6G. You will be part of an agile team contributing to Layer 1 development of the UE simulator and supporting internal users with a high‑impact product.

The role covers analysis, system design, pre-development and implementation in small increments with short feedback loops, with hybrid work and opportunities to work on 3G/4G/5G/6G projects.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering skills with ability to write qualitative code (C or Golang).
Familiarity with LTE/5G networks, including physical layer specifications.
Knowledge of RF propagation, modulation schemes and signal processing.

Responsibilities

Be part of an agile team that contributes to Layer 1 development of a UE Simulator.
Work in an exciting technical area, supporting Ericsson internal users with a high‑impact product for 6G.
