Job summary

Ericsson in Poland is seeking a Layer 1 Senior Developer to help prepare and contribute to the development of a powerful UE Simulator for 6G. You will join a skilled team and work on core Layer 1 features, collaborating across analysis, design, and implementation in small increments.

The role offers a hybrid work model with at least three days in the office and access to cutting-edge 6G research, simulations, and internal tools. Strong C or Golang skills are essential, plus English proficiency.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science.
• Experience with Layer 1 development is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in C or Golang and familiarity with LTE/5G standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an agile team contributing to Layer 1 development of a UE Simulator.
• Support Ericsson internal users with 6G-related solutions.
• Drive innovation and turn insights into working features.
• Collaborate across analysis, system design, pre-development, and implementation in small increments.
