Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Poland is seeking engaged Layer 1 developers to join our team working on preparing for the development of a powerful UE Simulator for 6G needs. The unit, Simulation Services (SIMS), provides simulators for product development and internal use.

You will be part of an agile team contributing to Layer 1 development, with opportunities to drive innovation and collaborate on system design, pre-development and incremental implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with ability to write qualitative code.
• Familiarity with LTE/5G standards, including Layer 1 specifications.
• Knowledge of RF propagation, modulation schemes and signal processing.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and hardware interaction.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Layer 1 development of a UE Simulator as part of an agile team.
• Support Ericsson internal users with a key 6G product.
• Drive innovation and turn insights into practical implementations.
• Engage in analysis, system design, pre-development and implementation in small increments with rapid feedback loops.
