Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced C++ embedded software engineer to contribute to the next generation of industrial control systems. You will develop high-level software layers for communication modules and work across multiple hardware platforms.

Responsibilities include maintaining and refactoring software, collaborating with teams to shape solutions, and navigating a large codebase while communicating in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of C++ programming experience in embedded environments.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS is required.
• Good understanding of Ethernet/TCP-IP and OSI model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices and work with cross-team stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop software for communication modules of industrial devices.
• Refactor and test existing solutions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with the development team to define and assess proposed solutions.
• Work with other teams on software functions and product directions.
• Navigate a large codebase and communicate in Polish and English.
