Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to join our Szczecin team. You will develop high-quality C++ software for industrial control systems and communication modules, focusing on reliability, scalability, and cross-platform integration.

Work involves maintaining and refactoring existing code, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and navigating a large codebase while communicating in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of programming in C++.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS.
• Good knowledge of communication protocols, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• General knowledge of networks and the OSI model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish.
• Required to be located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing software for communication modules of industrial devices.
• Refactoring and testing existing solutions.
• Collaborating with the development team to define and assess proposed solutions.
• Working with other teams regarding software functions and product development directions.
• Navigating a large codebase and communicating in Polish and English.
