Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced embedded C++ software engineer to develop and maintain communication modules for industrial devices. The role focuses on high-level software layers, system architecture, and cross-team collaboration.

You will navigate large codebases, work with Polish and English, and contribute to software reliability across multiple hardware platforms. This position requires residing in Poland and strong RTOS/communication protocol knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in C++ programming.
• Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols.
• Understanding of networks and the OSI model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices.
• Proficient in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing software for communication modules of industrial devices
• Refactoring and testing existing solutions
• Collaborating with the development team to define and assess proposed solutions
• Working with other teams in the organization regarding software functions and product development directions
• Navigating a large codebase and communicating in Polish and English
