Tenarai Europe is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to design, build, and operate high-performance microservices in a cloud-native environment. You will work on a distributed system in GCP, collaborating with global teams and contributing to a shared codebase.

The role emphasizes modern C++ (11/17), multithreading, gRPC, REST/JSON APIs, and robust memory management within a dynamic, international team. Remote work options may be available depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
• Design, code, and debug modern C++ microservices.
• Develop and operate high-performance distributed systems on GCP.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and OAuth2/JWT.
• Fluency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud-native software within a CI toolchain.
• Code, test, and build services in a shared monorepo.
• Perform unit testing using Google Test.
• Maintain code quality and secure cloud systems.
