Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a System Engineer for Legacy Application C/C++ to design, develop, and maintain C and C++ microservices supporting credit risk, credit scoring, and recommendation products.

Work within an Agile Scrum team, build robust APIs and calculation engines, and collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into practical technical solutions across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency and in-depth knowledge of C and C++.
• Good knowledge of mapping, code flow, and XML.
• Understanding of unit, component, integration, and system testing concepts.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.
• Practical knowledge of package building and .exe file creation.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C and C++ microservices supporting credit risk, recommendation, and credit scoring products.
• Build robust APIs and calculation engines supporting compliance with credit scoring and recommendation regulations across multiple countries.
• Develop solutions for complex business processes and integrations with credit authorities.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work within an Agile Scrum team environment.
