Job summary

Jit is seeking a skilled C/C++ developer to design, build, and maintain microservices and APIs for a credit risk platform across multiple European markets. You will work in an Agile Scrum team, delivering high-quality code and collaborating with Business Analysts to meet complex financial requirements.

The role emphasizes robust testing, code quality, and interaction with external credit authorities, with a Scandinavian culture and strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C and C++.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of XML, mapping, and code flow analysis.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and system testing.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Experience in package building and executable (.exe) creation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C/C++ applications and microservices.
• Build APIs and calculation engines for credit scoring solutions.
• Integrate systems with external credit authorities.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and solution design.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
