Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring a Firmware Engineer to deliver enterprise-class firmware for international clients. You will develop low-level firmware, perform SoC and board bring-up, and optimize hardware-software integration in a collaborative environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement secure boot and firmware security features, and support strategic data and analytics initiatives. Fluency in English is required, with a strong embedded background and Poland-based work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of embedded development.
• Strong C/C++ skills.
• Experience with JTAG and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Understanding of bootloaders and system bring-up.
• A very good command of English is required.
