Job summary

Sii Poland invites a Firmware Engineer to join our team in Szczecin, delivering enterprise-class data platforms for international clients. You will develop and optimize low-level firmware, perform SoC and board bring-up, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data and analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of embedded development, strong C/C++, experience with JTAG, UART/SPI/I2C, and a solid understanding of bootloaders and system bring-up.

Qualifications

5+ years of embedded development.
Strong C/C++ skills.
Experience with JTAG and debugging tools.
Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C interfaces.
Understanding of bootloaders and system bring-up.
Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize low-level firmware.
Perform SoC and board bring-up.
Debug hardware–firmware issues.
Work with pre-silicon validation platforms.
Implement secure boot and firmware security features.
