Job summary

Square One Resources Limited is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong technical and integration skills to join a team responsible for the development, integration, and optimization of the P&C technology ecosystem.

You will act as a technical partner to Product Delivery Leads and work closely with Solution Architects, vendors, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on role involving APIs, cloud services, and PoCs to translate complex requirements into validated technology solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system and integration requirements.
• Experience bridging business requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to analyze requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Translate business and product requirements into system requirements, integration scenarios, and technical specifications.
• Evaluate integration capabilities across enterprise SaaS platforms and APIs, including Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, latency, authentication models, and integration impacts.
• Support design and validation of integration solutions across SaaS and cloud environments.
• Build or support lightweight PoCs to validate technical assumptions.
