Responsibilities:
  • Gather and manage complex requirements for large‑scale IT systems, ensuring clarity for both business and technical teams.
  • Translate financial business rules into precise technical specifications for the development team.
  • Analyze and design system integrations, defining data flows and mappings between internal systems and third‑party providers to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Translate client needs into clear solutions and deliverables, maintaining traceability throughout project cycles.
  • Visualize system dependencies and business processes to ensure robust architecture using UML/BPMN diagrams.
  • Support UI design activities, ensuring usability and compliance with business needs.
  • Work closely with the project team in Agile methodology, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
  • Analyze data and present it visually to help drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business and system analysis.
  • Experience with billing systems and payment processing (e.g. Stripe), focusing on integrating modern payment solutions and scalable billing architectures.
  • Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level) to communicate easily with clients and the team.
  • Flexibility to work partially in the afternoons and evenings due to client meetings.
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs and translate "business speak" into technical requirements in an environment of ambiguous and evolving requirements.
  • Experience in documenting API integrations and mapping complex data structures between systems.
  • Confidence in creating system analyses and solution architectures with UML diagrams.
  • Familiarity with requirements documentation methods like user stories and use cases.
  • Ability to query SQL databases and understand data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have:
  • Experience managing backlogs and requirements in Azure DevOps.
  • Strong IT or software development background.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
