Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Trustee Change Team in Poland, bringing strong analysis, problem solving and communication to drive changes for complex financial systems.

You will gather requirements, lead UAT, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering timely project results in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements writing.
• Experience with UAT and test scenario creation.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

• Analyze effort, cost and impact to Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of proposed system changes, gathering documentation and consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation
• Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments, and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations
• Identify and resolve project issues across multiple business areas and proactively mitigate implementation risks
• Formulate analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects
• Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation
• Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary client and internal approvals for the project are obtained
• Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations.

Key skills and experience

• Extensive relevant experience in business analysis, writing business requirements and process mapping
• Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and writing test scenarios
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders
• Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and the ability to leverage them

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: 165 020,00 zł - 280 980,00 zł
