Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, driving solution delivery and collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

You will gather requirements, lead workshops, define processes, support API integrations and data migrations, and help shape roadmaps and backlogs in an Agile environment, enabling scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and working closely with Product Owners or delivery-focused teams
• Hands-on SQL knowledge and experience working with data-intensive systems and platforms
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and stakeholders

Join an international team working on the development of a strategic platform used by customers worldwide to search, manage, and distribute content and information.

The team is responsible for customer onboarding, enhancing search capabilities, integrating large volumes of data, and delivering solutions that support global content distribution.

We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.
