Job summary

7N Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a strategic, global transport/logistics digital initiative. You will architect data flows and specifications to connect booking systems, data brokers, and 30+ TMS/OMS platforms within an Enterprise Data Platform.

You’ll work in an Agile cross-functional squad, collaborate with architects, engineers, QA, and product owners, and support delivery velocity in a remote setup with occasional EU travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex tech ecosystems.
• Proven track record in integration projects, data flows, and analytics platforms.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience within large international organizations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and data mappings.
• Excellent communication skills to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate cross-domain business needs into functional specs and data mappings.
• Bridge business leaders, domain squads, and delivery teams to align goals.
• Refine and scope actionable user stories and Jira tasks with quality standards.
• Map data structures (XML/JSON) and analyze SLAs to avoid duplicates.
• Participate in 2-week sprints, supporting cross-platform collaboration.
