Job summary

TechTree’s client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term EU enterprise IT programme in Warsaw. You’ll bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex needs into structured requirements and guiding enterprise-process improvements.

The role covers HR, asset management, finance and grant-management systems, and requires strong BPMN/UML knowledge, 5+ years BA, and 2+ BA/modelling certifications. On-site work with no travel expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• At least 3 years as a BA on a large-scale system.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise information systems and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Level 6 education or equivalent.
• C1-level English.
• At least 2 recognised BA/modelling certifications: CBAP or equivalent; Certified UML Professional — Foundation or equivalent; BPM2 Fundamental or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
• Model business processes, value chains, roles, capabilities and data.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements specifications.
• Work alongside product owners throughout requirements definition.
• Manage requirements across the full systems-development lifecycle.
• Support solution design, testing, QA and change-management activities.
• Model processes using BPMN and UML.
• Design, validate and test improved business processes.
• Support enterprise system and data-platform integrations.
• Conduct cost-benefit and what-if analyses.
• Develop transition roadmaps and support organisational change.
• Help establish performance-monitoring systems.
• Communicate project scope, requirements and objectives across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
