Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements for the client's digital products, from discovery to UAT. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, map processes (BPMN) and author BRDs/FRDs and user stories, ensuring traceability and test evidence.

You will lead requirements elicitation in an Agile environment, coordinate UAT, perform gap analysis, and liaise with senior stakeholders up to director level across distributed teams in UAE/India/Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 7+ years as a business analyst on enterprise software delivery; 3+ leading requirements end to end.
• Elicitation and documentation of BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria; BPMN process modelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run stakeholder interviews and workshops; synthesise outcomes into prioritised requirements.
• Map as-is and to-be business processes (BPMN) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Author BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs, existing systems and proposed solutions.
• Prepare UAT scripts and data, coordinate testing with the business and triage defects.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix from requirement to delivered feature and test.
