Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Kraków to lead change delivery, collaborate with Commercial Banking and Technology teams, and drive data-enhancement initiatives. You will elicit requirements, map data attributes, and ensure solutions meet business needs across governance forums.

Role requires 5+ years in BA, strong data analysis, and experience with BRDs/RTMs, Jira/Confluence, and UAT support.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in change delivery.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Identify data attributes and map them to business use cases.
Ensure data is fit-for-purpose and aligned with Pega team needs.
Create data attribute mappings for business use cases.
Write BRDs and RTMs and support UAT testing.
Support governance forums and prepare reports for Steerco/Working Groups.
Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Technology teams to drive data enhancement initiatives.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.
Participate in process mapping and governance activities.
