Job Description

We are looking for aSenior Business Analystto join a technology team in an international banking environment, working on data and client-related solutions.

This role sits close to the engineering team and focuses ontranslating complex business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, supporting delivery, and managing dependencies across systems and teams.

The position operates in adistributed international setup (mainly Poland-based teams)and is evolving towards anAI-enabled delivery model, where automation and AI tools are used to improve efficiency and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements intoclear functional and technical specifications.
• Act as abridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Supportend-to-end delivery, including requirement definition, refinement, and validation.
• Analyzesystems, data flows, and integrationsto define scalable solutions.
• Identify and managedependencies, risks, and impacts across systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• SupportUAT processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Leverage AI tools toimprove analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience inbanking / financial services.
• Proven ability totranslate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working closely withengineering teams (APIs, integrations, systems).
• Experience managingcomplex environments with multiple dependencies.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Experience inAgile environments(Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience indata-related projects or reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such asJira, Confluence, Postman, SQL.
• Exposure toarchitecture concepts or system design.
• Practical experience usingAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)to support:
• Requirement analysis
• Ability tostructure complex problems for AI-assisted workflows.
• Interest in applying AI toimprove delivery efficiency and decision-making.
