Actively participate in requirements prioritization by providing an essential inputProven experience as a Business Analyst, covering all stages of the project lifecycle (minimum of 3-5 years preferred). Experience working on large-scale assignments in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in logical and physical data modelling.Experience supporting policy migrations. Knowledge of change management processes and an openness to experimenting with new ways of working and solutions (embracing a fail-fast approach). Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, combined with innovative thinking to drive outcomes. Ability to communicate and present effectively to a diverse range of individuals and influence business stakeholders while facilitating change.Ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and comfort in leading, negotiating, and influencing to achieve necessary deliverables.Experience working within a Scrum framework and agile practices. Expertise in gathering and critically evaluating business requirements, along with strong discovery skills.Detailed knowledge and application of business analysis tools and techniques.
