Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join its structural team in a hybrid role, working on transport infrastructure projects such as bridges and tunnels. You will manage BIM workflows, ensure BEP compliance, and coordinate cross-discipline data across international projects.

The role requires 6+ years in BIM for structures, expertise in Revit or OpenBridge, and fluency in English. A Civil Engineering-related degree is preferred, with ACC or ProjectWise experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience developing BIM projects for the Structures discipline on transport infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in structural modelling and drawing production using Autodesk Revit and/or Bentley OpenBridge.
• Experience in a Common Data Environment such as ACC and/or Bentley ProjectWise.
• Strong BIM workflows, modelling standards, coordination processes, and information management requirements.
• Ability to interpret and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards and client requirements.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM activities for the Structures discipline on transport infrastructure projects, including bridges and tunnels, typically covering LOD 200 to LOD 350.
• Ensure models comply with BEP, project requirements and BIM standards.
• Develop, manage and supervise BIM content, including models, templates and shared data.
• Lead and coordinate drawing production from BIM models, including GA drawings and detailing.
• Coordinate model exchanges with other disciplines in a multi-disciplinary BIM environment.
• Perform model audits, clash reviews and QA/QC against BIM standards.
• Provide technical BIM guidance and resolve modelling issues.
