Job summary

Solera Corporation is seeking a Mid Developer / Data Analyst to support financial systems development and maintenance. The role combines software development with data analysis and billing process support, including monthly cycles and cloud migrations.

Required: strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web APIs, T-SQL, SQL Server, and data visualization with PowerBI/JasperReports. Fluent English; German a plus. 5+ years exp. Remote/work flexible for a global team.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL.
Strong knowledge of .NET/C# and ASP.NET WebAPI.
Fluency in English.
German language knowledge is nice to have.
Experience with C#, TDD/BDD, SQL Server databases and REST/SOAP webservices.
Ability to create PowerBI/JasperReport reports.
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
At least 5 years of professional experience in all of the above.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web APIs.
Create clean, maintainable code following best practices and standards.
Develop queries, stored procedures, and data models.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and solution planning.
Implement secure, scalable patterns and logging.
Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Deliver operationally stable software and ensure uptime.
Assist in month-end close and billing processes; coordinate monthly cycles.
Migrate legacy apps to the cloud and contribute to CI/CD automation.
