Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking a Senior Big Data Developer to design and implement a modern data platform using Databricks and the Azure ecosystem. You will build scalable data solutions and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and AI-powered development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data engineering, hands-on Python/PySpark, and strong Azure experience, with a passion for delivering reliable data workflows and high-quality code.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or big data roles.
• Strong Python and PySpark hands-on expertise.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Delta Tables, and modern data architectures.
• Azure cloud stack knowledge including Data Factory and Event Hub.
• Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop data solutions using Databricks, Python, and PySpark.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming data processing.
• Implement and maintain medallion architecture using Delta Tables.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SFTP files, Delta Tables, and Azure Event Hub.
• Work with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory to support end-to-end data workflows.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, testing, documentation, and productivity.
