Job summary

Shiftmove is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team on an initial three-month contract. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to deliver high-impact reporting and support acquisitions, building the next generation of our commercial data platform.

You will lead BI projects, design Tableau dashboards for leaders, develop Snowflake SQL models, and deliver executive reporting on pipeline, ARR, churn, and expansion, while

Qualifications

• Experience in BI or analytics roles within a SaaS business.
• Strong GTM analytics support across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Ops.
• Expert-level Tableau development and enterprise reporting.
• Advanced SQL in Snowflake and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience delivering executive reporting for sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex BI projects from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision.
• Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain SQL models in Snowflake.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, and expansion.
• Support integration of acquisitions into the GTM reporting ecosystem.
• Partner with Salesforce admins and stakeholders to align reporting with processes.
• Validate data quality and document models and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
