Job summary

Huzzle seeks a highly analytical BI Analyst to support strategic decisions through advanced reporting, data modelling, and actionable insights. You will build scalable reporting systems and maintain enterprise data environments, leveraging Power BI, Fabric, SQL, Dynamics 365 CRM, and ERP reporting.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management and collaboration across European markets, with a remote-first setup and strong emphasis on data governance and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and Power BI Service administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, and Pipelines.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across sales, finance, operations, inventory, and customer performance metrics.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle, including requirements gathering, data modelling, deployment, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, scalability, and alignment with business KPIs.
• Manage report scheduling, refresh processes, access permissions, and version control.
• Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams across European markets to translate data into actionable insights.
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and data consistency initiatives.
• Unify CRM and ERP reporting into a centralized and accurate BI environment.
• Provide actionable recommendations that support business growth and operational improvements.
